I did PokerroomLA months ago and they requesed the same info from me. I didn't reply to their email cause i didn't have time but the next day the money was in neteller without me sending the documentation they required. If memory serves me correctly a similar situation happened with another poster.

My advice, if you dont need the money to whore further (i.e. you have a big enough roll already in neteller) just dont send the documentation for 2days and see if the money turns up. Worked for me!
