I got an email response to my Cracked Aces promo submission:

"Congratulations on your ?Cracked Aces? win. I apologize for the detailed reply your player pending account has been credited the $20 reward."

When I read "player pending account" I was all prepared to fire off another email complaining about their misleading promotional offers, but I checked my account and it had been credited directly to my "AVAILABLE" balance.

Just another example of them saying one thing and doing another, but in this case it was in my favor.
