I ran into the same thing with Caribbean Sun. The 40 dollar bonus doesn't show up in any balance sheet, it just appears in your account. There is a 30% bonus that WILL show up in your account, but it can only be withdrawn after you wager 25x the bonus amount in the CASINO (not poker room).

I would guess that the 40 bucks hit your account, but you didn't do as well in the poker room as you may have thought you did, so you didn't think you got it (It is what happened to me last month). It is a little difficult to determine your poker win/loss if you don't keep good records since they don't have much of a system for tracking money in/out from the table.
