I received the email stating that I had cleared the 250 hands this month. However, I'm not certain how the $40 is reflected, since I did not see it in the Cashier. I replied back to the Support address and they pointed me at the http://www.caribbeansunpoker.com/promotions/index.asp#rmb link which says Quote: The bonus will not appear in the cashier statement, but is reflected on your playing balance on any of the tables. Now, that seems straight-forward, but my balance on the table did not increase, nor is the $40 anywhere else to be found.
What am I missing here? |
