I don't understand how this works since we've had different experiences.

I created an account an account at the sportsbook. Then I DL'ed the poker software. I did not create a new poker account, I simply typed in the same name and password that I used at the sportsbook into the poker client. Bingo, it worked. No need to create another account, no need for a clean computer.

It was simple as that for me. And it seemed to work like that for some people. I don't know why some people couldn't just directly type in their sportbook name and password and had to create a new poker account also. Anyhow those who had to go this route (for whatever reason) needed a clean computer.
