Since they hadn't responded to my e-mail I decided to call them and cancel the cash-out and it took about 2 minutes. Very good customer-service.
He said he was in the poker-room department and asked how I was liking it there and I told him I liked their room a lot....then I decided to add something like "although that bonus-requirement thing is a bit confusing. I bet i'm not the first one to mess that up".
He kind of laughed and seemed to agree.
He also informed me that clearing the bonus via the sportsbook is much easier since it just takes 1x betting over there.
He also said that compared to 5x in the poker-room (I thought it was 6x but I didn't stop him) it's really much easier to just place the bet in the sportsbook and then you can cash-out your money whenever you like.
Since I've been doing some occasional sports bets lately I might try doing this. But it seems that there is no real notification that you have completed the WR and are safe to cash-out without getting dinged.
But at least they warned me that I was going to lose the bonus (this is counter-balanced by the fact that they never responded directly to my e-mail asking about this exact same thing).
So I recommend that you check your My Acct or ECash Statement page a couple times after cashing-out to make sure you don't get some PM warning. I think it took a few hours before they sent me the PM warning thing. |
