I've been confused on this as well.

I thought that they had just given me the bonus after minimal play so I decided to cash-out (and got an e-mail confirmation).

But the money stayed in my account.

I wrote an e-mail asking for clarification because I didn't want them to take my $200 in bonus away for cashing-out too early.

I got no reply, and the money did not show-up in my neteller account.

I'm guessing that you can't cash-out until after you clear the WR which is fine by me I guess. But it is still kind of confusing and I'm disappointed that they didn't even reply to my e-mail (24-hours ago).

I have 157 points not having played very much 2/4 and 3/6 there. I like the site which is the good news and have done pretty well so far.
