With this thread, and many other threads on this forum, I've figured it out.
This is how I did it:
1. UNPLUG THE INTERNET. PP skins send a message back to their server. I don't know if it does anything, but it does happen.
2. Uninstall all Party Skins.
3. Delete all Party Skins folders (may need to copy player notes, etc)
4. Regedit and delete the Party Skin keys and the UCID key under the calculator.
5. Reboot.
6. Install the Party Skin. I used a different email address. I used the same name, address, Neteller account, etc.
7. Enjoy. |
