If this stirs up too much shit, they may stop giving out bonuses altogether.

So maybe making this a problem for them isn't too good of an idea. As much as I hate to say it, bonuses are a privilege, not a right.

What I really have to wonder is WHO, exactly, originated the spread of this bonus code and how HE found out about it, since it's obviously a glitch and wasn't advertised.

For all we know this was indeed a whore entrapment scheme, just like was mentioned elsewhere.

As for an "official statement" I highly doubt such a thing will come to pass.
