You may or may not be able to do it.

Assuming you have Win2000 or WinXP:
Click Start->Run-> type "cmd" ->Click OK

In the command window, type "ipconfig" and hit Enter. This will tell you your current IP. type "ipconfig /renew" and hit Enter. This will release that IP address and request a new one from the server.

However, if they have successfully blocked your IP, Comcast may have assigned you a static IP (which is reserved just for you) and the renew will just give you the same IP again. In this case, you probably can't change it short of calling Comcast and asking them to change it. Given the circumstances, Comcast will probably have no sympathy for you and refuse to do it. People don't change request an IP change as part of day-to-day stuff; they will suspect (correctly) that you are up to some kind of fraud (granted, not enforcable by US law); and refuse to aide and abet you in the your quest.

Given your multiaccounting, just cough up $40/month for a DSL connection as well ( = just one hit at one Crypto skin each month). Or, go to the library.
