Yes, their software is slow as hell, and they seem to have no interest in fixing it. However, I keep playing there because of the bonuses and the good games.
However, depending on the time and limits you play, the games can be like night and day. Usually early morning EST is pretty good, but the site generally gets tighter after 7PM EST, and the $1/2 games pretty much become rock gardens. The 1/2 GBP tables, despite their larger bets, stay excellent throughout the the day (in my experience). I get home from work around 6-7PM EST, so I usually play the GBP tables which are packed with lunatics.
If you are a winning player at Party and losing consistently at Crypto, you are probably not playing the right times/limits, or the variance of playing against maniacs is smacking you around. I play all of the skins each month, and I usually take a large loss at at least one of them each month. So it goes.
Yeah, I know what you mean. You get either the rock game, where you never see the showdown and then the exact opposite where there are 6 people drawing out on you. Both extremes are tough to win at, you don't get paid off enough in the tight games and then you get drawn out regularly in the loose game. I'm used to playing $1/2 , so going to 1/2 GBP is basically 2/4 .. so it hurts the bank roll a bit more to get run over a few sessions in a row. |
