I can't answer any of your questions about Pacific bonus other than my own personal experience. I got a 25% bonus with them when I first signed up. I didn't have much of a bankroll so I only deposited $100.

When I got on the site, I was sad to find out that their ring tables are only limit holem. I hate limit with a passion! I said eff Pacific then and cashed out my money without playing a hand. I figured what the hell and tried to cashout my $25 bonus too (since it was put directly into my account). I got a standard form email from them saying about cashing out the bonus blah blah blah requirements blah blah blah.

It did take like 3 days, but when my cashout finally did show up in my neteller, I had $125 cashout from them.
