i once transfered my dad 700$ on party. the transfer went thru fine, but then he tried to trasnfer to HIS neteller like 5 minutes after i transfered it to him.

he got an email from party basically saying they wouldnt allow him to withdraw it to neteller because they are not a money transfer service. also, i believe that they dont allow this because it would be an easy way to launder money.

SO, my suspicion is that they wont let you do what you want to do.

you might try it and play a few hands and then try a transfer to your neteller. that might work.
