#1 you can't transfer money into a neteller account that does not have a validated checking account. I don't know how willing your friends/family are about giving you and neteller access to their banking info.
#2 you can't transfer money from 1 account and accept the transfer in the other account from the same computer. I learned this the hard way when my sister-in-law was over and I tried to put a few hundred into her account to help her get started.She tried to accept the money from my computer and her neteller was instantly locked for security reasons.It took a few phone calls but was eventually straightened out. |
