Here's my Crypto summary..

William Hill - $45 monthly requires 5 hours play @ $8.91 an hour
(Only crypto not mailing ECASH pin)
must signup for UK Pounds and not USD to get $45 and not $25

UKBetting - $45 monthly requires 5 hours play @ $8.91 an hour
no signup, no required deposit amount

Totalbet - $45 monthly requires 5 hours play @ $8.91 an hour
no signup, no required deposit amount

Pokerplex - $50 montly loyalty for 300 raked hands
no signup, no required deposit amount

Carib Sun - $40 monthly loyalty for 250 raked hands
no signup, no required deposit amount

Interpoker - $40 monthly loyalty for 250 raked hands
no signup, no required deposit amount
(or depending on the month, 100% match bonus up to $90
$90 requires 450 raked hands (5x))

Comes to a minimum total of $265 monthly bonuses for:
15 hours play (or 5 hours at 3 tables) at WillHill, UKBetting and Totalbet
and
800 raked hands total at Pokerplex, Carib Sun and Interpoker

I choose not to include Classic Poker because it requires a high deposit amount ($400) which would be tied up for awhile pending the ECASH pin and it seems to have no monthly loyalty.

Questions:
Once you have surpassed your raked hand requirement for the monthly bonus at Pokerplex, Carib Sun and Interpoker, how quickly are the funds credited?

Are there any sites open to the US that I totally missed (excluding classic poker)?

Can you be logged into WillHill, UK Betting and TotalBet, playing 3 different tables at each for the same hour each month in order to clear the monthly loyalties?

How do you keep track of the raked hand requirements, i've heard all the different ways, but which is flawless?

How long does it really take to recieve an ECASH pin AND if you really never got one would they ever allow you to withdraw funds anyway?
