Before playing any hands you should make sure that when you go to "MY ACCOUNT" in the cashier that your balance is X bonus dollars higher than your withdrawable balance. When you've finished the required hands these balances will then be the same.

For Classic Poker the poker bonus works the same as the casino bonuses at some of the other cryptos in that the difference in these amounts represents the bonus. If you use a bonus code and these amounts are the same, then you're not going to get credit.
