For the people who have not already become embroiled in the ongoing CityPoker saga, I present the following for your perusal and edification. (how?s that for a set of $2 words in a 25 cent sentence)

City poker has a 25% up to $100 sign up bonus. It requires 100 raked hands to wich you contributed money. The 1$/2$ seven stud has an $.25 anti and is loose enough that all hands are raked. You can just anti and fold to net $.75 per hand. Just play tight and you should make some on the game to.

You will have to contact support to get your bonus as they have no system in the software to deal with it. I used the real time chat and got the bonus credited without a problem.

As has been previously posted in this thread, they have been charging fees to cash out to neteller. The fees have been very arbitrary and are NOT disclosed in the print, fine or otherwise. They claim to be fixing this but have not to date to my knowledge.

I recommend making your deposit, playing 2 seven stud tables for 110 hands or so, then get your bonus and run. Don?t leave money on the site. Argue about the neteller fees after all the rest of your money is safe back in neteller.

As I dislike being flat lied to I am arguing about the $10 they took. Here is the E-mail record in top post fashion. To read in chronological order start at the bottom

Before I Deposited at your site I sent you the copied E-mail and got the copied reply in reference to you charging a fee to withdraw via Neteller. You assured me that you were not charging a fee. There is nothing about a fee on your web pages.

When I tried to withdraw to Neteller a fee was placed.

I wish to withdraw all of my money and close my account! I do not wish to pay a fee to do so!

To charge a hidden fee is at the least unethical. To Lie about it is abhorrent. There are hundreds of poker sites out there. I can think of no conceivable reason to do business with a sit that is less than fully trustworthy and you certainly are not that.

I downloaded your software and was going to sign up an account but I
came across a post on the net that said you charged him $22 to make a
withdrawal to Netteller. I have gone through everything I can find on
your web site about moving money and I can't find anything one way or
the other about withdrawal fees.

The only thing about fees from Netteller I found was for inst cash
deposits and it said they are free. I am thus somewhat confused and
leery of using your site. It seems unethical to have free deposits but
have a very large and hidden withdrawal fee.

So; Is there a withdrawal fee?

If so, how is it determined?
