Seriously, this would take forever. The strange thing is, it seems like the people at Citypoker won't let you withdraw anything you've put in the account until all bonuses are cleared. Since I didn't want to lock my money up for a year, I tried to withdraw.
I emailed support a *lot* and finally, after like 10 emails, I was able to withdraw my money, paying a $6 fee.
