With GR, keep in mind that they have a bonus promotion where you get cash based on how many qualifying raked hands you played during that month. The monthly period runs from the 27th through the 26th with the funds being added to your account before the end of the month.

It isn't much (I think I'm getting like $6 for hands played while earning my bonus), but I'll wait until it is credited before withdrawing.
