hi all, i just deposited for the 1st time at pokerplex for 200 so i can get that 50$ monthly bonus from them

suprisingly, when i checked my account after the deposit, it just said 200$ with no mention of the bonus, compared to when i did interpoker the account showed my deposit + 90$ bonus

so i tried to explain my situation to online support for pokerplex, he keeps on telling me that i will get the bonus after 300 raked hands even though the bonus is NOT showing on my account page, i'm not sure he totally understand the situation tho

for those who played with pokerplex, is it usually like this? or is it like interpoker where the bonus showed up automatically RIGHT AFTER you deposit?
