Different people have expressed different opinions regarding RB, but my own experience has been that they suck. I signed up through BW for an account there and have had nothing but problems since the first moment I tried to fund my account.

1. When I made my first deposit, they "accidentally" processed the transaction twice but only credited it once to my account, leaving $200 lost in space until the problem was resolved after several phone calls to Neteller and several emails to RB.

2. When RB finally realized that they had screwed up, they told me that I could either have the funds returned to my Neteller account or left in the poker account. After I told them that I wanted the funds returned to Neteller, they changed their minds and said that the funds have to be left in the poker account.

3. After opening my account on 4/26 and clearing the bonus requirements on 4/27, I sent them an email to confirm that I had met the bonus requirements. They responded by email the next day confirming that I had met the requirements and stating that my bonus would be credited within 24 to 48 hours. Despite nearly half a dozen emails back and forth, including assurances from their CS that it would be taken care of by the Poker Manager and the Processing Department, I still have not been credited with the bonus.

That's my experience. I know others have had better and I hope you do too.
