Thanks to the heads up from this forum, I've successfully used the penny trick on my cashouts at InterPoker and William Hill. Both of these accounts are in USD, so since I'm in the US there's no foreign currency exchange issues.

My TotalBet and UKBetting accounts are in GBP. As I'm sure most of you know, you deposit into TotalBet or UKBetting in GBP, even though your Neteller Account is in USD. When you go to cash out from TotalBEt and UKBetting, you are cashing out from your GBP balance.

How much do TotalBet and UKBetting charge for withdrawal fees normally? 1 GBP? And is there something like the penny trick that I can use to reduce these withdrawal fees? How should I structure the withdrawal to minimize withdrawal fees (not talking about currency exchange fees here)? Thanks.
