Yeah, I know. Real special. HOWEVER, in their defense, they have answered all of my e-mails REALLY QUICKLY--like less than an hour. I disputed the above e-mail again, politely but firmly, and they did end up honoring the 500 hand requirement.

What email address do you use to contact Intertops?
When I send to support@intertops.com it usually get ignored.

I have received emails from poker@intertops.com and infor@intertops.com.
seems to me there is a bet@intertops.com that is on their contact list as well.
