I got the same letter, Its open to existing players and as per their letter below it is a 5x raked with no limit requirements:

see below, it is contributed rake requirements it seems

I will say that I have not had any problems cashing out from Golden Tiger or any prima sites. I did not have to send documents. I'm not sure if everybody can say that so you might want to email support to be sure if you are concerned.

Thank you for contacting Poker Rewards Support.
In response to your query, the Poker Room's 50% match bonus is subject to a raked hand requirement being met. The equation you must
follow is Bonus Amount x 5 = Raked Hand Requirement. For instance, deposit $100 and you will receive a $50 bonus. Therefore, 50 x 5
= 250 raked hands.
The current definition of a raked hand is:
"A hand in which a player is dealt cards and contributes to the pot in any way, by posting a blind, betting, raising or re-raising,
and the pot is raked a minimum of 25c"
You can track your raked hand progress by logging in to the poker room or Poker Rewards and selecting MENU > Raked Hands.
