There are no special signup tricks or deposit tricks for this one. Everything should happen automatically for all accounts.

You won't see anything at all until you leave a table. When you do, the bonus should be credited to your account like below. You can see a credit for the pay-to-play bonus, a debit of that amount to table chips, and it also shows up in the chips cashed in at the first table you cash out (I only had $54, not $91, when I left the first table).

As far as I could find, there is no status or other info about the bonus in the poker program itself.
