Yes it is. Absolute is probably the only poker room that doesn't deduct bonuses from your rake, so you will earn rakeback even when you are working on clearing a bonus.
I know of three "well-known" rakeback sites that all confirm the above.
But you should get this confirmed with the rakeback site you intend to do business with.
