hi after looking at some bonouses i have decided that i am going ot do the betfred one which is 10x . it say that i need to Play 10 times the bonus on raked hands. what does that mean? below i will copy and paste what it says that i need to do

Play 10 times the bonus on raked hands (where you just get dealt cards), and email BetFred Poker and the bonus will be deposited to your account within 48 hours. Only raked hands played at blinds of $0.25/$0.50 and above for pot limit / no limit, or stakes of $0.50/$1 or above for fixed limit will count towards clearing the bonus. Your bonus clearance progress can be monitored through the cashier in the poker software.

does that mean that i have to play 2500 raked hands before i get the bonous?
any help translating what it all means i would be greatful. thanks
