I created an account for my wife on Party Poker, deposited with my own neteller account. (The same one I used for my deposit also) It worked ok. I was able to create the account, deposit the money and get the bonus. They did however, suspend the account initially because they wanted to get voice verification that my wife existed. Other than that, they did not seem to care. Just FYI for those of you who have wives/girlfriends you can use to make 2nd accounts for.
