I think you'd have to call them and cancel your account. But even if you did that, you'd still have the software loaded up on your computer. So, when you signed up at Empire, it would detect that you have installed the Party software I think. Uninstalling Party Poker is not enough.

You would either have to mess around with your registry or sign up on a clean computer. I signed up on a clean computer at school and it works just fine. You should not have any problems doing this.
