OK, these people officially have no clue how their bonuses work. I called back again tonight, and spoke to two different people, and they both said that they didn't think you could clear the casino bonus by playing poker, even though they said they could see on my account that I had already wagered over $2000 of the required $2500 towards clearing the casino bonus and they admitted that they could see that I had not wagered a single dollar in the casino.

The guy said I needed to wager another $495 at the casino to clear the bonus, but said that apparantly playing at the poker tables was "somehow" clearing the casino bonus and that if I just played a little bit more, it would fully clear the casino bonus.

My theory on this from what I can gather is that they don't start crediting your raked hands towards the casino bonus until you clear BOTH the $50 deposit bonus AND the $40 monthly bonus. This would make sense because I have played approximately an additional 400 raked hands since clearing the first 2 bonuses and I have have cleared just over 80% of the casino bonus. My guess is since I have cleared $2005 out of $2500 required, that about 100 more raked hands for me will finally clear the casino bonus, so I'll report back if/when I am able to finally clear it.
