I am hoping this is exactly what will become easier with the new distinction - especially if people adhere somewhat to it when creating new posts. Announcements of new useful bonuses would have no reason whatsoever to be put in the questions forum - so hopefully the discussion forum will contain a higher percentage of "useful" posts for someone who wants, like you said, pick up news about bonuses and promos...

We'll see, I guess.
