even if you wait i have a feeling your screwed..
A majority of sites would refund you your money but deny you your bonus.

Ex is taking all your money..so if say you deposited $1000 and never played a hand and emailed saying oops I didnt realize i couldnt gamble on here--which to be honest..isnt that hard to imagine....especially if someone didnt know prior or was just dumb..etc obviously we were all aware of it but the whole"they don't care" posts didnt help things.
They'de still seize your $1000 worth of money and yes if you deposit money and its accepted and then they refuse to give it back to you it can be termed stealing becuase they had no rights to the money. When you deposit money into Party..its not their money...its your money- and its not your money being converted into party money which then can be converted back into real money if Party feels like it. It always remains your money that is being stored on an account with Party Poker and can be gambled with if they chose to let you.
