So i thought probably just a spam referral link.

I already have a betfair account so went there to find that they do indeed accept payments by Paypal as can be seen here;

but it is only from the following countries; United Kingdom
Germany Austria Belgium Denmark Finland France Greece Ireland Italy Portugal Spain Sweden

May be because Betfair is an exchange but it will be interesting to see if they move it onto poker.
