Topic: "Official" stance on Emp reload/account closings Forum: Bonus Whores
I have two accoutns with Empire on two different computers. One under my wife's name and the other under my name. I received an e-mail about four days ago saying there was a problem with my wife's account. I assumed it was for Party, sicne I had just deposited there. Its not uncommon to get these e-mails. We usualyl just call and clear it up.

But I logged into Empire on my wife's account to try and deposit to clear the bonus. As soon as I logged on, it said that her account has been frozen. We tried to call, but they said they were having "computer problems" and try again later.

What frustrates me most about these "security checks" is that they always seem to be targeted to my wife's accounts. Thus, she has to call and talk to them. And she doesnt know the answer to the questions. So I have to coach her through it. I have no money in Empire (.58 cents); but I hope everything clears up OK. I will keep everyone posted.
