I believe Nordic bet will accept US. But the deposit is in GBP. Not positive but I'll get there in the next few weeks. Trying to clear this pokerrewards bonus is taking most of my time right now. Just started 4 tabling PLO8 the other night. Not too bad if you play fairly tight, which you should be anyway. :-)
