It is 10x raked hands. As of May 1st they changed it to this. Same with Golden Tiger and Poker Rewards. Personally I would sign up for Poker Rewards 1st. If you do it this way, you can sign up to Golden Tiger or VCP after but not vice versa. That's the way I hear it anyways. Plus I would go through ecasinodeals as you can get the same bonus plus a gift.
