My 'my account info' has been wrong for the last 4 months at holdem poker, all the expired bonused are still on there. And if I play, the points get counted towards these expired bonus. So I cannot even play, since I don't want to play for ten hours and then be told the bonus has expired. I have done the live chat many times with them, everytime I am told this will be passed on to the 'other department' and taken care of. Nothing changed for the last four months. I give up. They obviously don't want me to play. Has this happened to anyone else? Do u get credited these 'expired' bonuses if u really clear them?
