Doing that would be utterly stupid. It wouldn't be very hard for someone with just a little knowledge about statistics to reveal a scam like that. In fact, i'm pretty that I could prove that PP is not rigged with close to 100% accuracy - but since noone is paying me for it I would have terrible EV.
