EPASS still works.

After using it at one Party skin with a $475 CC deposit, I withdrew extra neteller funds through the Party skin to load epass up nearly all the way to $900. Epassporte now offers an expanded account with higher limits -- epassporte Select -- earned by opening a second 'load source' and paying $5. I used my bank as a second source for a $100 deposit. So the next EPASS bonus I do at a Party skin should be a full $1000 deposit for a full $100 bonus. At least that's the plan.

BTW, Epass can be used at CON to bypass the new Neteller hassle with their bonuses.
And if you are willing to wait for the turnaround time, you could use CON or Pacific to load up your epass to the max so you don't waste half the bonus at your first Party skin with a mere $500 deposit.
