I never ended up getting a 2nd $50 via email from Partypoker or Intertopspoker. I did get the second $50 from Empire on the 2nd email. So far I havn't heard of anyone getting the second $50 from Multipoker.

Basically you want to load the card with $500 and enough to cover the fees. I deposited $50 ($5 fee) and then $500 ($25 fee); maybe you could just deposit $540 once or something.

Then you'll want to put at least $500 (I did $600 so I'd be covered if I somehow lost money playing there) in multipoker through conventional means (IGM-pay, Neteller, etc) and then deposit $500 from ePassporte using the bonus code EPASS into multipoker. I started with Multi because I knew I wouldn't be able to get the 2nd $50 anyway. Played my 250 raked hands, and cashed out $500 epass deposit + $50 bonus + $600 neteller deposit + $10 profit all back to epassporte.

Afterwards i made 2 $500 deposits to Empire, got the first $50 bonus, then emailed Empire a few times for the 2nd bonus and eventually received it. Played hands, cashed out to epassporte, repeat for Intertopspoker and Party, then finally cashed out of Party through IGM-pay. I got $250 in bonus, and paid $30 in fees, and played 1250 raked hands. I will probably never touch Epassporte again, similar to the CentralCoin option at PokerStars.
