is the epassport deposit only? basically, from my understanding, you load up the card using another credit card. then with that balance, you go ahead and fund the various poker rooms. you can go ahead and deposit and withdraw using your epassport account. but, you can never really get the money from your epassport account to get credited back to the credit card you used initially.
from my understanding, you load up the card once with your credit card, keep a balance from various deposits and withdrawals from the poker sites, but eventually, deposit everything you have left from epassport into a poker site and withdraw those funds using another method. correct?
