Would it therefore be possible to confirm to us by mail whether you want to continue with the payment or that you'd rather have your money reset to your MrBookmaker account, so that we know that you are familiar with the charges as stated above?
So, please interpret this for me....
since you didn't wager your deposit amount on the tables, they are keeping 3% of your deposit amount, plus administrative charges for putting it back in your account (they are charging you twice it seems)
