Quote: We noticed that you want to withdraw money from your MrBookmaker account. Before we get to the actual payment, we would like to remind you of our user agreement, which clearly says:
4.8 Any withdrawal transaction from the MrBookmaker account for an amount greater than or equal to 150 Euros shall in no way incur costs for the member. For any withdrawal of money from the MrBookmaker betting account of less than 150 Euros, a sum of 5 Euros will be deducted for administrative costs. This sum will be deducted automatically from the amount transferred from the MrBookmaker account to the member's bank account. Any withdrawal involving deposits that have not been wagered shall be subject to administrative charges of 3% of the amount requested in addition to the fixed charge of 5 Euros. Additional bank charges associated with payments made into bank accounts located outside Benelux and outside France will be charged to the member.
We would also like to add that any bonus received cannot be withdrawn.
In your case it would come to a payment of 153,28 euro into your bank account, namely 178,28 euro - 25,00 euro administrative charges.
Would it therefore be possible to confirm to us by mail whether you want to continue with the payment or that you'd rather have your money reset to your MrBookmaker account, so that we know that you are familiar with the charges as stated above?
So, please interpret this for me.... |
