* bet365 (100% to $100 at 5x)
* Wildjack (100% to $50 at 5x)
* Pacific (cash out $100, play with their money)
* Grand Bay ($30 bonus for $30 wagered)

Throw in RiverBelle, GoldenRiviera, and NordicBet. I wouldn't mess with Bet365- they want hands at $1/$2, and for a $100 roll, that can be wiped out in variance.
RiverBelle is now x9, NordicBet x15 and the Bet365 signup can be cleared at $.25/50 - the $1/2 requirement was only for the old monthly reloads and didn't even apply to the last deposit bonus.
