You must rake the required 200 hands within the promotion period to qualify for the free $50.

So $10 more in bonus money for an extra 100 hands... contributed raked hands (they do have a counter on their site for this now); and the 200 contributed raked hands have to be completed inside the bonus period (so no stacking) - and you only get the bonus money when you finish the WR. Still doable, but not easy unless you like playing short-handed Hold'em.
