I wouldn't jump to the conclusion that this account specific, nor would I give in to the fearmongering that this (or any other bonus) is a 'probe'. I often do not get emails from Party and Empire regarding bonuses before the bonus period starts, and indeed in some cases I do not get the emails AT ALL.

Case in point:

The last Party reload bonus "BONUSJUL" was valid from June 30 to July 6. It was announced here on the morning of June 30th and as of the early morning of July 1, at least one poster had received the "Midsummer Madness" email from Party Poker detailing the bonus. I did not receive the "Midsummer Madness" email from Party until the evening of July 2 (the timestamp on it was July 2 at 9:46 pm). The bonus had already been well publicized by then and was in the news box in the Party Poker client (I had in fact already finished the bonus by the time I got the email).

I have had this experience several times with both Party and Empire where I have received notice of a bonus later than the bonus actually being publicized, so I would not jump to any conclusions until we see what happens on July 10.
