If you cash out your entire balance each time, your average fee will be $0.50 per cashout. If you plan your Crypto play you can easily only have to cash out of each one six times per year. So that works out to an average fee of $3 per year per Crypto. They are giving out between $500 and $1,200 in bonus each per year. So the fee is about 0.5% or less of the bonus. Anyway I look at it, that is a small amount to pay.
Using the .01 "trick" to me goes beyond bonus whoring and is abusing the people who are nice enough to give me $500 or more per year. And if I were working at one of these sites and wanted to cut down on the bonuses paid I would first ban anyone who uses the trick as bonus abusers. So I will gladly pay the $3 per year per Crypto and not worry about it.
