This condradicts what I was initially told.

So we are putting a note on the site letting people know that the bonus may not work for them if they already have a pending bonus and/or took advantage of the last reload. However, based on titans experience you may be able to get the bonus by emailing support (especially if you cleared the last bonus or didn't take advantage of the bonus in early July). But it seems to me that if you don't get the bonus code box, the bonus was not intended for you.

I assumed that but I was hoping that a man with your stature in the industry would be able to get it fixed for the rest of us!
