AFAIK COMPBONUS was never an account specific reload. People never got pop-ups, emails, etc. for it. It was a code to be used by CS to stop people from whining.

With the new controls they have with account specific reloads and bonuses, I doubt "secret" or supposedly account specific codes like the JANCASHOUT ones will ever be leaked again and be widely valid for everyone.
