It seems that someone at Parbet made a mistake when picking the mailing list for the bonus offer. In that case it is quite understandable, that they don't want to pay the bonus to so many more people than intended. But I am pretty sure that they are honest enough at Parbet to admit that it was their fault and let people withdraw for free who deposited for the bonus after receiving their email.
